Scripture:  Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves,Cup of coffee not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others (Philippians 2:3-4 NIV).

The quality I feel God wants me to work on this year is graciousness—kindness, courtesy, and compassion in all my relationships.  Whether the other person is someone in my household, an acquaintance at church, or a grocery store clerk, He expects me to treat them with kindness, courtesy, and compassion.

When my busy schedule is interrupted by an unexpected visit from a friend, do I  welcome her, take time to visit, and share a cup of coffee or tea?  Do I listen to her joys, her troubles, and her dreams without offering unwanted advice? Stephen Covey once said, “Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.”

When a clumsy waiter spills juice in my lap, do I recognize the young man’s embarrassment and let my words and actions show compassion, or do I explode in selfish fury? Others may have noticed me bowing my head before eating. Has my ugly behavior given them reason to reject Christianity?

Am I quick to smile at people I do not know? I may never know how much of a difference I might be making in their life at that moment. Besides, a pleasant expression is the most beautiful garment I can wear.

Prayer: Father, You have asked me to learn graciousness.  As I look toward You each morning, I see Your infinite love and compassion, and I understand the meaning of grace. Help me, please, be gracious in all my ways. Amen.

Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you?
